Chorizo-Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients
- 4 oz ground chorizo sausage
- 2 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- ½ cup refrigerated cilantro-avocado yogurt dressing (such as Bolthouse Farms)
- 12 soft taco-size corn tortillas
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 cup fresh salsa
Instructions
- Cook chorizo in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Stir in beans; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Meanwhile, combine slaw and dressing. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
- Serve bean mixture, slaw, avocados, and salsa in tortillas.
