Greek Steak Lettuce Wraps
Olive-Mint Cauli "Couscous"Ingredients
- ¾ lb top sirloin steak
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- ½ cup sliced English cucumber
- ½ cup halved grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ¼ cup refrigerated tzatziki-Ranch Greek-yogurt dressing (such as Opa)
- 3 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from skillet; let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
- Arrange lettuce in 2 stacks; top with steak, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, dressing, and cheese.

- ⅓ cup chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic, pressed
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1½ cups cauliflower crumbles
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp olive bruschetta topping (such as Sable and Rosenfeld)
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
- Stir in cauliflower and broth; cover and cook 15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Remove from heat; stir in bruschetta topping and mint.
