Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ (10-oz) bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 2 bone-in chicken breasts
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¾ cup Alfredo sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook mushrooms in butter in a large skillet 10 minutes or until mushroom liquid evaporates; stir in spinach, and cook 2 minutes.
  2. Transfer mushroom mixture to a lightly greased 4-quart slow cooker.
  3. Place chicken breasts over mushrooms; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour alfredo sauce over chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on Low 7 to 8 hours.

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp butter 

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions; toss with garlic and butter.
