Chicken Florentine
Garlic LinguineIngredients
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ (10-oz) bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 2 bone-in chicken breasts
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¾ cup Alfredo sauce
Instructions
- Cook mushrooms in butter in a large skillet 10 minutes or until mushroom liquid evaporates; stir in spinach, and cook 2 minutes.
- Transfer mushroom mixture to a lightly greased 4-quart slow cooker.
- Place chicken breasts over mushrooms; season with salt and pepper.
- Pour alfredo sauce over chicken.
- Cover and cook on Low 7 to 8 hours.

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp butter
