Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen breaded chicken tenderloins
  • 1 (8-count) pkg burrito-size flour tortillas
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Bake chicken according to package directions.
  2. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  3. Combine wing sauce and butter in a bowl. Dip chicken in sauce mixture; place in warm tortillas, and top with cheese, dressing, tomatoes, and lettuce. Roll up, and cut in half.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 4 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 apples (preferably a sweet, crisp variety), chopped
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar

Side Dish Instructions

  1.  Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
