One-Pot Taco Spaghetti
Southwestern Salad
Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 (10-oz) can mild diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1½ cups water
- 4 oz thin spaghetti, broken in half
- 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 tomato, diced
- ⅓ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cook beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in taco seasoning, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, and water. Add spaghetti; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes. Top each serving with sour cream .
