Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg tortilla chips, coarsely crushed
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 2 (15.25-oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 (15.25-oz) cans corn, drained
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 1½ cups Catalina dressing

Instructions

  1. Layer tortilla chips, lettuces, beans, corn, cheese, tomatoes, and onion in a large bowl. Serve with dressing.
