Four-Way Cincinnati-Style Chili

Ingredients
- ¾ lb lean ground beef
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes with onion and garlic, undrained
- ½ (15-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1½ tsp chili powder
- ¾ tsp ground cumin
- 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 oz spaghetti (preferably whole-grain)
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 6 Tbsp shredded sharp reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Serve chili over pasta. Top with onion and cheese.
