Four-Way Cincinnati-Style Chili

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes with onion and garlic, undrained
  • ½ (15-oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1½ tsp chili powder
  • ¾ tsp ground cumin
  • 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 oz spaghetti (preferably whole-grain)
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 6 Tbsp shredded sharp reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Serve chili over pasta. Top with onion and cheese.
