Cheesy Bacon-and-Broccoli Ravioli Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen five-cheese ravioli
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 6 slices center cut bacon
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped onions (about 1 cup)
  • 3 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 (10-oz) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli and broccoli according to package directions. Cut large broccoli florets into smaller pieces.
  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
  3. Add onions and garlic to skillet; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in broccoli and red pepper; cook 1 minute.
  4. Stir in ravioli and Alfredo sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with bacon.

  • 3 pears, sliced
  • 2 cups red grapes
  • 3 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
