Goat Cheese-Pesto Naan Pizzas
Balsamic-Glazed StrawberriesIngredients
- 2 (8.8-oz) pkg naan (preferably whole-grain)
- ½ cup pine nuts
- ½ cup pesto
- ½ cup crumbled goat cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup arugula
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake naan on a large baking sheet 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
- Meanwhile, toast nuts in a large skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until fragrant.
- Spread pesto over naan; sprinkle with cheese and nuts. Top with tomatoes. Bake 10 minutes longer or until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil, and top with arugula. Cut into wedges to serve.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, halved
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze

- Toss together strawberries and basil in a bowl; drizzle with balsamic glaze.
