Mustard Roasted Chicken and Potatoes
Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lb small red potatoes, cut in half
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet. Arrange in a singe layer and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and potatoes are tender.
