Bacon, Turkey, and Pimiento Cheese Club Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 12 slices Texas toast
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 6 leaves leaf lettuce
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg thinly sliced turkey
  • 1 (2.52-oz) pkg fully-cooked bacon
  • 1 (12-oz) carton pimiento cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Place toast in a single layer on a baking sheet. Broil 2 minutes per side or until toasted.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on 1 side of each toast. Top half of bread with lettuce, tomato, turkey, and bacon. Spread pimiento cheese on mayonnaise on remaining bread slices. Place, cheese sides down, on bacon to make sandwiches.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (1.25-lb) pkg celery sticks
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 (10-oz) bag potato chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve celery with Ranch dressing for dipping alongside chips.
