Apple-Cider-Glazed Pork Chops
Creamy Spinach-Parmesan Grits
Ingredients
- 6 bone-in pork chops
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup butter
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp dried rubbed sage
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Season pork lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cook pork in hot oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side or until browned. Add butter, sugar, and sage; cook until butter is melted. Stir in cider and apples.
- Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce is thickened and pork is done.

- 1 cup gluten-free quick-cooking grits
- 1 (6-oz) pkg spinach
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook grits according to package directions. Add spinach, cheese, and butter; stir until spinach is wilted.
