Asian Ground Beef Cabbage Wraps
Peanutty Rice Noodles
Ingredients
- ¾ lb lean ground beef
- ⅓ (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp arrowroot
- ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 4 savoy cabbage leaves
- 2 Tbsp dry-roasted, salted peanuts
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in carrots and garlic; cook, stirring often, 2 minutes. Stir together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and arrowroot. Add to mixture; cook 3 minutes. Stir in basil. Serve in cabbage leaves; sprinkle with nuts.

- ½ (14-oz) pkg brown rice noodles
- ¼ cup dry-roasted, salted peanuts, chopped
- ½ Tbsp sesame oil
- ½ Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- ½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Toss noodles with remaining ingredients.
