Lemony Tuna Salad with Grapes and Pecans

Ingredients
- ¼ cup pecans
- 2 (12-oz) cans albacore tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ⅓ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes or until fragrant; let cool.
- Combine pecans, tuna, grapes, celery, and onion in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise, lemon rind, and lemon juice; pour over tuna mixture.
- Toss to coat; season to taste with salt and pepper.
