Asian Ground Beef and Broccoli
Jasmine Rice and Vegetable Egg RollsIngredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
Instructions
- Cook beef, garlic, and red pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet.
- Whisk together cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, and oil. Add to skillet with water chestnuts and broccoli.
- Cook, stirring occasionally until sauce is thickened and broccoli is tender. Serve over rice.

- ½ (24-oz) pkg frozen egg rolls

- Heat rice according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
