Cheeseburger-Stuffed French Bread
Easy Iceberg Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup (or more) sweet pickle relish (or use dill)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in Worcestershire and garlic salt.
- Remove a V-shaped section from bread, and hollow out center of the loaf.
- Fill hollowed-out bread with beef; top with cheese.
- Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is heated. Top with relish, and slice to serve.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 2 carrots, grated
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss lettuce, carrots, and dressing in a bowl.
