Cheeseburger-Stuffed French Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup (or more) sweet pickle relish (or use dill)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in Worcestershire and garlic salt.
  2. Remove a V-shaped section from bread, and hollow out center of the loaf.
  3. Fill hollowed-out bread with beef; top with cheese.
  4. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is heated. Top with relish, and slice to serve.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss lettuce, carrots, and dressing in a bowl.
