Avocados with Tropical Topping

Ingredients
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ¼ cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 avocados, pitted
Instructions
- Toast coconut and nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
- Combine pineapple, lime juice and honey.
- Lightly sprinkle avocados with salt.
- Top avocado halves with pineapple mixture; sprinkle with coconut topping.
