Slow Cooker Honey Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 to 3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 2 cups deli coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Whisk together barbecue sauce, vinegar, and honey in a 5- or 6-quart slow cooker coated with cooking spray. Add chicken, and stir to coat.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
  3. Shred chicken in cooker with 2 forks. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve chicken and sauce on buns with slaw.

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated new potato wedges
  • Ketchup

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook new potatoes according to package directions. Serve with ketchup.
