Slow Cooker Honey Barbecue Chicken
Red Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 to 3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 hamburger buns
- 2 cups deli coleslaw
Instructions
- Whisk together barbecue sauce, vinegar, and honey in a 5- or 6-quart slow cooker coated with cooking spray. Add chicken, and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Shred chicken in cooker with 2 forks. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chicken and sauce on buns with slaw.

- 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated new potato wedges
- Ketchup
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook new potatoes according to package directions. Serve with ketchup.
