Cheeseburger Tarts
Potato Tots and Red Grapes
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef, bell pepper, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet. Add tomato sauce; cook 1 minute.
- Unroll dough; cut into 6 portions. Roll and stretch each piece into a 6-inch square. Place on a large greased baking sheet. Spoon beef filling onto center of each dough square, leaving a border.
- Fold up dough over edges of filling, crimping and pleating as needed. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Serve with ketchup.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen potato tots
- 1 lb seedless red grapes
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake potato tots according to package directions at 450°F.
- Separate grapes into small clusters before serving.
