Potato Tots and Red Grapes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef, bell pepper, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet. Add tomato sauce; cook 1 minute.
  2. Unroll dough; cut into 6 portions. Roll and stretch each piece into a 6-inch square. Place on a large greased baking sheet. Spoon beef filling onto center of each dough square, leaving a border.
  3. Fold up dough over edges of filling, crimping and pleating as needed. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Serve with ketchup.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen potato tots
  • 1 lb seedless red grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake potato tots according to package directions at 450°F.
  2. Separate grapes into small clusters before serving.
