Easy Baked Egg Cups

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • 6 thin deli-sliced ham slices
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced provolone cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp whipping cream or half-and-half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter 6 small ramekins or custard cups or a standard muffin pan; arrange on a baking sheet.
  2. Layer 1 slice ham and then 1 slice cheese down into each of the 6 cups.
  3. Break 1 egg into each cup; add 1 tsp cream into each cup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until eggs are cooked to desired doneness.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (8-count) can refrigerated biscuits
  • Butter, softened
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 3 navel oranges, chilled

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake biscuits according to package directions; butter biscuits while hot.
  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain.
  3. Peel and section oranges before serving.
