Easy Barbecue Brisket
Creamy Broccoli SlawIngredients
- 3 cups sliced sweet onions
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 3 lb beef brisket, trimmed
- 1¼ cups barbecue sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Place onions in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Rub seasoning on both sides of brisket; place over onions in cooker, cutting brisket into pieces, if necessary. Pour barbecue sauce and broth over brisket.
- Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until tender. Slice before serving.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
