Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (12-inch) prebaked ultrathin pizza crust (such as Mama Mary's)
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- ¾ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- ⅛ tsp dried oregano
- 1 (6.8-oz) pkg kale Caesar salad kit (such as Dole)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place crust on a baking sheet; rub with cut sides of garlic, and coat with cooking spray. Bake 2 minutes.
- Remove crust from oven. Top with cheese and chicken; sprinkle with oregano. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is done.
- Meanwhile, toss together all salad kit ingredients except croutons. Reserve croutons for another use.
- Top pizza with salad and tomatoes; sprinkle with pepper. Cut into wedges.
