Broccoli Alfredo Pizza
Tossed Salad with ApplesIngredients
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll dough, and press onto a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Brush with oil, and bake 10 minutes.
- Carefully spread desired amount of Alfredo sauce over partially baked dough. Sprinkle with broccoli and cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until broccoli and crust are browned and cheese is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 (6-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
- ¼ cup olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss apples with lemon juice and honey in a large bowl; add greens. Drizzle with oil; season lightly with salt and pepper. Toss.
