Crunchy Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
  • 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen popcorn chicken
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 (3-count) pkg romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Bake onion rings and popcorn chicken according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together melted butter and wing sauce. Dip popcorn chicken in mixture to coat.
  3. Toss together lettuce, carrots, celery, and cheese; divide among 6 plates. Top with onion rings, buffalo chicken nuggets, and avocado. Serve with Ranch.
