Crunchy Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
- 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen popcorn chicken
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 (3-count) pkg romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
- 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Bake onion rings and popcorn chicken according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, stir together melted butter and wing sauce. Dip popcorn chicken in mixture to coat.
- Toss together lettuce, carrots, celery, and cheese; divide among 6 plates. Top with onion rings, buffalo chicken nuggets, and avocado. Serve with Ranch.
