Cheeseburger Casserole
Vegetable Crudités with Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 3 large dill pickles, chopped
- 1 Roma tomato, seeded and chopped
- 6 slices American cheese
- ½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and onion in a large pot over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in ½ cup Cheddar cheese, bacon, pickles, and tomato.
- Spoon into an 11- x 7-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with ½ cup Cheddar; top with American cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned. Serve with shredded lettuce.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1 (12-oz) pkg baby carrots
- 3 stalks celery, cut into sticks
- 1 cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing (such as Marie's)
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve vegetables with dressing.
