Ham and Broccoli Ranch Noodles
Crunchy French Bread with Rosemary Butter
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg egg noodles
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 (16-oz) pkg diced cooked ham
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and place in a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add ham and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally until ham is lightly browned. Stir in sour cream and dressing. Cook just until thoroughly heated. Add to pasta; toss.
- Steam broccoli in microwave according to package directions. Add to pasta mixture; toss. Sprinkle servings with cheese.

- 1 (16-oz) loaf French bread
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake bread, directly on oven rack 10 minutes or until crisp.
- Stir together butter, rosemary, and pepper; serve with warm bread.
