Blue Cheese Sauce Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine beef, seasoning, and garlic; gently shape into 6 patties. Grill, covered, in batches, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
- Combine sour cream, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and cheese. Spoon over burgers.
- Top with tomatoes, avocado, green onions, and parsley. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
