Ground Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
  • 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, onions, garlic, and water; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook until thoroughly heated. Stir in cilantro. Season with salt to taste.
