Baked Barbecue-Ranch Chicken
Scalloped Potatoes and Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1½ cups barbecue sauce
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut chicken in half crosswise, and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Place chicken in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Stir together barbecue sauce and dressing mix; pour over chicken. Bake 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
