Lemon-Strawberry Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped raw walnuts
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, hulled
- 1 (13.5-oz) can unsweetened coconut milk, divided
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 1½ cups crushed ice
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Toast nuts in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes or until fragrant.
- Process strawberries, ¾ cup coconut milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, and ice in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
- Pour into 4 bowls; top with banana slices, blueberries, nuts, and chia seeds. Drizzle with remaining coconut milk.
