Skillet Chicken and Stuffing
Garlic BroccoliIngredients
- 1 (6-oz) pkg cornbread stuffing mix
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- ⅔ cup milk
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen cut green beans
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook stuffing mix according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper; add to skillet along with onion, and cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is done. Add flour, and cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
- Stir in soup, milk, and green beans; sprinkle with stuffing. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and let stand until cheese is melted.

- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into small florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, and sauté 1 minute.
- Add broccoli; cook 6 to 7 minutes or until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
