Cheesy Stroganoff Tortellini
Garlic-Roasted Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 (14.5-oz) can beef broth
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook beef, onion, mushrooms, and garlic in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add flour; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually stir in broth, and cook until mixture is thickened. Stir in sour cream and tortellini; sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover and cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until browned and tender.
