Spinach Artichoke Dip-Chicken Pizzas
Red Grapes and Sliced ApplesIngredients
- 10 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach
- ¾ of an (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1 (12-oz) jar small artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (15-oz) pkg ancient grain pizza crusts (such as Brooklyn Bred)
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain.
- Cook spinach according to package directions. Squeeze between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, garlic salt, and chicken.
- Spread on pizza crusts on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with bacon and 1 cup mozzarella. Bake 12 minutes. Cut into squares.
