Sticky Orange Chicken
Spicy Roasted Broccoli and Rice
Ingredients
- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen breaded chicken nuggets
- ¾ cup no-pulp orange juice
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp sweet red chili sauce
- 1½ Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp ginger paste
Instructions
- Fry or bake chicken according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, honey, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Bring sauce to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
- Stir in ginger paste and chicken nuggets; toss. Serve over rice.

- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1½ cups long-grain white rice
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together broccoli, oil, and red pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bake 10 minutes or until broccoli is browned and tender.
- Cook rice according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
