Crunchy Chip-Crusted Fish
Chili-Garlic Steak FriesIngredients
- 2 lb tilapia fillets
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups crushed salt and vinegar kettle-cooked potato chips
- 2 lemons, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F; pat fish dry with paper towels. Brush top of each fillet with mayonnaise; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Press crushed chips over fish. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss fries with oil, chili powder, and garlic powder; season lightly with salt and pepper. Spread in a single layer on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
