Ground Turkey, Asparagus and Basil Stir-Fry
Orange-Scented Quinoa
Ingredients
- ½ lb ground turkey
- 1 (9-oz) pkg frozen cut asparagus, thawed
- ½ (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1½ Tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
- 3 Tbsp thinly sliced fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until turkey is browned and crumbly.
- Stir in asparagus, carrots, green onions and garlic; cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook 2 minutes.
- Stir in basil.

- ⅓ cup quinoa
- 2 tsp light butter with canola oil
- ¼ tsp grated orange zest
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare quinoa according to package directions; toss with remaining ingredients.
