Mustard-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 1½ lb salmon fillets (about 1-inch thick)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place salmon, skin sides down, on a greased, aluminum foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Combine mustard, honey and rosemary; brush on salmon.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli and cauliflower florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Sauté broccoli, cauliflower and garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until browned.
- Cover, reduce heat, and cook 3 minutes or until broccoli and cauliflower are crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
