Mustard-Glazed Salmon

Garlicky Pan-Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb salmon fillets (about 1-inch thick)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place salmon, skin sides down, on a greased, aluminum foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine mustard, honey and rosemary; brush on salmon.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli and cauliflower florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Sauté broccoli, cauliflower and garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until browned.
  2. Cover, reduce heat, and cook 3 minutes or until broccoli and cauliflower are crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
