Favorite Tex-Mex Pizza
Lime and Honey Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ (1-oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
- ¼ cup water
- 1 (4-oz) can chopped green chiles
- 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 (15-oz) can refried black beans
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded iceberg lettuce
- ½ (16-oz) jar salsa
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Press crescent rolls into bottom of an 11x7-inch pan, pressing perforations to seal. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in taco seasoning mix, water, and chiles. Cook over medium heat until mixture is very thick.
- Heat beans according to package directions; spread desired amount over crescent rolls. Top with beef mixture and cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Top with lettuce; serve with salsa.

- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ Tbsp honey
- 1 (1-lb) container deli fruit salad
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together lime juice, and honey in a large bowl. Add fruit salad; toss.
