Philly Cheesesteak Pizza
Three-Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 (10-count) pkg sliced provolone cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Unroll dough onto a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake dough 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook beef, bell pepper, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned and crumbly.
- Spread mustard over crust; top with provolone cheese, meat mixture, and mozzarella. Sprinkle with steak seasoning.
- Bake 8 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheeses are melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 crisp, sweet apples, sliced
- 1 large pear, sliced
- 1 lb red or green seedless grapes, clusters separated
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine apples, pear, and grapes in a bowl. Chill briefly.
