Philly Cheesesteak Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 (10-count) pkg sliced provolone cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Unroll dough onto a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake dough 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef, bell pepper, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned and crumbly.
  3. Spread mustard over crust; top with provolone cheese, meat mixture, and mozzarella. Sprinkle with steak seasoning.
  4. Bake 8 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheeses are melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 crisp, sweet apples, sliced
  • 1 large pear, sliced
  • 1 lb red or green seedless grapes, clusters separated

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine apples, pear, and grapes in a bowl. Chill briefly.
