Mississippi Roast Burgers
Potato Tots with Dill DustIngredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 (1-oz) envelope au jus gravy mix
- 6 slices American cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
- 3 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- ½ (12-oz) jar sliced pepperoncini peppers, drained
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef and au jus gravy mix. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Top each with 1 cheese slice; grill 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Spread butter on cut sides of buns; grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted.
- Spread dressing on cut sides of buns. Serve burgers on buns with desired amount of peppers.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen potato tots
- 3 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp dried dill
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake potato tots according to package directions. Stir together salt and dill; sprinkle over hot potato tots.
