Blackened Mahi Mahi
Creamy Broccoli Slaw and Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
- ¾ lb mahi mahi fillets
- 1 Tbsp blackened seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ lemon, cut into 2 wedges
Instructions
- Coat fish with blackened seasoning; chill 30 minutes.
- Heat oil and butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add fillets. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ⅓ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- 2 frozen ears corn
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, honey, basil, pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Add slaw; toss. Chill until ready to serve.
- Cook corn in boiling salted water to cover 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
