Mushroom and Onion Flatbread

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 (4-oz) pkg sliced gourmet mushrooms
- 1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 (15-oz) pkg artisan pizza crusts
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 3 Tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring, 8 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in vinegar. Remove skillet from heat.
- Arrange crusts on a baking sheet; brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes.
- Top crusts with mushroom mixture and cheese.
- Return to oven, and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with thyme and drizzle with glaze .
