Blackberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups blackberries
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp cold water
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Combine blackberries and sugar in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Whisk together lemon juice, cold water and cornstarch in a small bowl.
- Add to blackberry mixture; boil 1 minute or until thickened.
- Spoon sauce into a heatproof bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 week.
