Flank Steak "Naanwiches"

Ingredients
- 1½ lb flank steak
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1½ (7.05-oz) pkg mini naan
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (3.5-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
- Apple-Red Cabbage Salad (recipe follows)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub flank steak with oil, chili powder, salt and pepper.
- Heat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat; cook steak 6 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
- Remove to a cutting board; let rest 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Meanwhile, place naan on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until browned and crisp.
- Divide steak between naan; top with Apple-Red Cabbage Salad, parsley and feta cheese.
