Sheet Pan Honey-Ginger Salmon and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 (½-lb) wild-caught salmon fillet
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1½ tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ Tbsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Place fish on a greased foil-lined baking sheet. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, ginger paste, and red pepper; divide between 2 bowls. Brush one portion of honey mixture over fish.
  2. Toss together green beans, oil, garlic, and salt in a bowl. Arrange beans around fish.
  3. Broil 5 minutes; brush remaining portion of honey mixture over fish. Broil 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Cut fish into 2 equal portions. Serve with beans.
