White Chocolate Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 (4-oz) bar white chocolate, chopped
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ (8-oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (14.4-oz) pkg graham crackers
- 1 pint strawberries
Instructions
- Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat. Add white chocolate, and stir until melted and smooth.
- Beat cream cheese on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until blended. Add white chocolate mixture and whipped topping; beat until smooth.
- Transfer dip to a bowl. Crush enough graham crackers to equal ¼ cup, and sprinkle over dip.
- Serve dip with remaining graham crackers and strawberries for dipping. Store dip, covered, in refrigerator.
