Bacon-and-Broccoli Cheese Ravioli Dinner
Kiwi-Pear TossIngredients
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen five-cheese ravioli
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 6 slices bacon
- ½ onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 (10-oz) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook ravioli and broccoli according to package directions. Cut large broccoli florets into smaller pieces.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
- Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in broccoli; cook 2 minutes.
- Stir in ravioli and Alfredo sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with bacon.

- 2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup seedless red grapes
- 2 pears, chopped
