Bacon-and-Broccoli Cheese Ravioli Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen five-cheese ravioli
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 6 slices bacon
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 (10-oz) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli and broccoli according to package directions. Cut large broccoli florets into smaller pieces.
  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
  3. Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in broccoli; cook 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in ravioli and Alfredo sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with bacon.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes
  • 2 pears, chopped

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss fruit in a bowl.
