Ingredients

  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen breaded chicken tenders
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp celery salt
  • 6 sub rolls, split
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Bake chicken tenders according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, toss together coleslaw, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, and celery salt in a large bowl.
  3. Place crispy chicken in sub rolls; drizzle with barbecue sauce, and top with coleslaw.
