Turkey-Bacon Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • ½ lb thin deli-sliced turkey
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ (16-oz) bottle honey mustard

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Layer turkey, bacon, and cheese over dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
  3. Roll up dough, jellyroll fashion, starting with one long side, pinching ends to seal. Place roll, seam side down, on baking sheet. Cut slits in top of roll at 1-inch intervals.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is deep golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes, then cut into slices. Serve with honey mustard.

  • 1 lb seedless grapes, chilled
