Turkey-Bacon Roll-Ups
Potato Chips and Chilled GrapesIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- ½ lb thin deli-sliced turkey
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ (16-oz) bottle honey mustard
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Layer turkey, bacon, and cheese over dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
- Roll up dough, jellyroll fashion, starting with one long side, pinching ends to seal. Place roll, seam side down, on baking sheet. Cut slits in top of roll at 1-inch intervals.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is deep golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes, then cut into slices. Serve with honey mustard.
