Greek Pasta Salad with Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (7.25-oz) pkg Caesar pasta salad mix
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
  • 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with Greek seasoning. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until done; chop.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare pasta salad mix according to package directions. Stir in chicken, tomatoes, spinach, olives, and cheese.
