Greek Pasta Salad with Spinach
Crispy Pita ChipsIngredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (7.25-oz) pkg Caesar pasta salad mix
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 (5-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with Greek seasoning. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until done; chop.
- Meanwhile, prepare pasta salad mix according to package directions. Stir in chicken, tomatoes, spinach, olives, and cheese.
